How to AI-Translate your videos into any language (Step-by-Step Guide)
German, French, Spanish? No problem. Just 1 upload away.
A big welcome to all new subscribers on board. We are now at 410+ marketers who want to use AI to save some time. Let’s dive in.
The problem: Marketing in all of Europe, the language drama
Europe has a rich collection of languages, which is beautiful but also a big headache for marketers. Shooting a video campaign that should resonate in every country? Yeah, good luck with that shitshow. Here's why:
Time Drain: Every new language means another round of production. You're looking at a black hole for time and money.
Remote Collaboration: Coordinating with unfamiliar creators across borders? Finding the right qualified talent is a fulltime job.
Quality Control: When you're not fluent in the language, how do you even know the final product hits the mark? It's a gamble, and we ain’t in Vegas.
It’s now a walk in the park, but AI has come to rescue. It’s in early stages but already extremely promising.
Here's the Fix: HeyGen.
Translate using a natural voice clone and speaking style.
This tool is really interesting. Upload your video, and HeyGen will translate it. But not just slap subtitles on it—no, it adjusts the voice and even the lip movements to match the new language. It's as if the person in the video was a native speaker all along.
Imagine:
Every piece of content you have can now be effortlessly localized for every major European language.
Never reshoot or manually dub videos. Huge time-saver.
Your best-performing ads can now be made relevant across all of Europe with just a few clicks.
See for Yourself: Don't just take my word for it. Here’s a test video to prove it:
Quick little side note: the tool is still in beta. It’s only going to get better.

3. Wait in line (or skip it)
Free users need patience; you'll be at the end of the line.
Can't wait? There are options to fast-track, which will cost you 24 dollars a month (upscales with amount of video’s you want to process)

Enjoy your translated video.
5. Bonus!
HeyGen is not just stopping at translations. They're working on real-life AI avatars. What does this mean for you?
You can create (somewhat) realistic AI avatars with unique voices.
You can create your own digital twin → perfect for making instruction video’s or personal sales video’s.

That's your roadmap for making your video content understandable from France to Italy.
And remember, HeyGen is in beta; this is the worst it will ever be.
That’s it! Thanks for reading.
BUT, it’s not free. You get to read all this great info at no cost, but you have to share it with your fellow marketers. Forward this email to your team and make sure they sign up for the newsletter.
